How do technology buyers find VendorDemo?

How do I know who watched my videos?

Log in with your vendor account login/password and navigate to My Account. Click on the Leads section where you can review information on who has viewed your content.

Our basic account is free and allows technology vendors to upload their content to www.vendordemo.com. Content is then included in the relevant technology categories for viewing by our users. Our base account gives you broad exposure to technology buyers, builds brand awareness, and generate qualified leads. You may also view prospect/lead details on who has accessed your content through the built-in lead management dashboard.

How does VendorDemo define a lead?

A lead is a VendorDemo user who registers to view your content or requests contact with you and fits your specified requirements. Captured fields include:

  • First and Last Name
  • Company
  • Job Title
  • Job Role
  • Sub Role
  • Email address
  • Phone
  • Postal Code
  • Country
  • Industry
  • Company Size

How are leads delivered?

When you receive a lead, a notification is automatically emailed to you and the prospect's information is displayed in your lead management section on VendorDemo.

To view your leads login to your account through the "My Account" link on the upper right. On the left navigation select "Leads" and "View Leads". There you will see contact information from technology buyers that have viewed your content. You can drill down on the lead name for more contact information, you can also see the last 10 days of the prospects viewing history. In the notes section you can record interaction with the prospect.

Can I export leads?

Yes. In your Leads Inbox, select the leads you want to export and click "Export Selected". After a confirmation message, you will be prompted to download the CSV file, which you must do since the leads will automatically move to the Archive list.

If you do need to re-export the leads, go to the Archive List and select the export from the drop down menu. Select the leads you want to re-export and click "Move to Inbox". Once the leads are back in the Inbox, you can re-export them.
